Return Policy

Capital Custom Clothiers LLC, is dedicated to giving the ultimate customer experience.

During the delivery of your custom garment, if there are any errors on our part, we will alter or replace the garment if necessary.

An order already placed with an initial deposit cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placing an order. To ensure timely delivery all orders are submitted to our workshops within 24 hours of placing an order. If a client requests a refund beyond 24 hours of placing an order a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

Regarding all other non-custom garment products, items may be returned within 5 business days with a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the original state without signs of being worn, broken, frayed, stained, or torn. Return Items subject to being either approved or rejected for a refund at the discretion of Capital Custom Clothiers LLC.
